"Pros: They responded quickly and were friendly. Roompot resort itself was nice Cons: Poorly cleaned chalets. Dirty everywhere, insect screens on windows were not working in some places, couch had a cigarette hole in it. kitchen stuff were not organised and not cleaned enough. (I don't understand why I'm being charged for insurance for damaged goods. There are things there that are already broken and not fixed. ) It says free Wifi, but we can't connect.
