Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen (EUR 10 per person) and towels (EUR 5 per person) are not included in the rate. Guests can also bring their own. Please note that an optional cleaning fee of EUR 55 is applicable. Guests can also clean the accommodation themselves.
