"Pros: As a base to explore Walcheren, it is perfectly situated with sort distances in every direction. It’s an old house, but lovely atmosphere and a beautiful garden. We had a little issue with towels, although the booking states that bed linen and towels are extra and what bed linen cost, it doesn’t say that even if you pay for the bed linen, the towels are not included. Though it doesn’t give you an extra price for towels either. Which means you assume it is the price for both. Gladly this was solved quick and without hassle. Cons: I think it needs to be mentioned in the description, that the stair to both bedrooms is not a stair, it’s a loose ladder and not really suitable for older people or people with a slight disability. Even for us (age between 37 and a fit 53) it was not as easy and you think twice if you want to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. As said, a great base to explore the area and the lady who is around to assist is lovely and helpful." ~Daphne
