"Pros: Hotel Front Staff, particularly Khamla and her colleague Natalie, were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
The food exceeded expectation with some excellent dishes on the menu.
Cons: No shoe horn available in the hotel at all, rather difficult for a person such as myself with mobility problems.
Room wasn't cleaned fully (dirty cups left unwashed) also many silverfish insects in the room. Non functioning coffee machine took three days to get repaired/replaced and, though coffee pods were replenished each day, the machine itself was broken."

"Pros: The simple apartment, good for a short stay. Comfortable bed, fast WiFi.
Beautiful surroundings, large park nearby. You can easily park on the street.
Cons: No air-conditioning - it was very hot outside and I couldn't cool the inside enough, despite intensive airing. There was a tiny fridge, mostly filled with drinks for sale. Some of the light bulbs were burned out. There was no waste bin or hair dryer in the apartment.
Narrow and steep stairs to the floor (located outside of the house)."
