This backpackers hostel is located directly next to famous Vondelpark, just an 8-minute walk from Leidseplein. The Flying Pig Uptown features a 24-hour front desk and a bar. Most of the dormitory rooms come with bunk beds and shared shower and toilet facilities. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom. There is a breakfast buffet available each morning at The Flying Pig. You can enjoy a drink in the hostel’s bar, which also has a smoking room. There is a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in the direct surroundings. Museumplein is a 5-minute walk from The Flying Pig. From the tram stop there you have direct links to the Canal Belt, Rembrandtplein, Dam Square and Amsterdam Central Station.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that check-in times are, 11am for our dormitory rooms and 2pm for our private rooms. Please note that group bookings of 9 persons or more can not be accepted at this property. Please note the property cannot accommodate children under the age of 18 (see policies). A deposit/full payment to the credit card used to book is always required at this property prior to arrival. Flying Pig hostels are part of the St. Christopher's Hostel group. A form of Photo Identification is required upon check in. Accepted forms are a valid passport or national ID card. Driving licences are NOT accepted. Please note that this property can provide lockers for storing your belongings. You can either bring a padlock in order to lock them, or you can buy one at the reception for EUR 3.50.
