The apartment will provide you with a TV and a living room. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The private bathroom has a shower, as well as a bath with builtin bubble bath and a hairdryer. You can also enjoy a view on the Munttower and the Flower market from your apartment. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out shopping centre Kalvertoren (200 metres) and Royal Palace Amsterdam (750 metres).

Please note that 10% of the total price of the reservation is required via bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours after booking. Without the 10% prepayment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for parties. Guests are requested to be quiet past 22:00. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
