"Pros: The location and staff were great. The price was the cheapest I found - super. There were two toilets on the floor, a shower - everything is really convenient.
Cons: It's a bit noisy and the stairs are really steep, but I had a backpack - so it wasn't a problem at all."

"Pros: We had three amazing days in Amsterdam! The hotel is very cool, the building itself is a courthouse from 18th century. The renovation is very contemporary. The communication with the hotel is via WhatsApp so that is very convenient.
Cons: I specifically asked for not being on the roof floor, because of the lack of natural light. However this is where we were accommodated. We had a tiny window and it was really dark all the time. We also had exposed wooden beams above the bed and the night stands, which usually it would be a nice architectural feature unless there are metal parts which can be very dangerous when you get up from the bed during the night."
