"Pros: Fantastic location. We had an amazing view from the balcony outside our room (2nd floor) but you can get the same view sitting next to the river at breakfast- saw elephants and wild Rhino and crocodile and loads of birds from here. Large room that was clean and had the hottest shower I had in all our time in Nepal. We arranged our full day safari through the hotel - we opted to have a guide and jeep (with driver) to ourselves (4 of us). It was a great day with a really experienced guide and we just walked down the river a bit, got in a boat to cross the river & the safari started. Saw a tiger! The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming and provided a packed lunch for our safari too. Cons: Fan in our room was dodgy and loud however we had an air conditioner so used that instead." ~Archbolds
