"Pros: Hotel Old Inn is a very nice place, where the style of old Newari houses has been very well preserved. There are of course some drawbacks to this deliberate choice, but which were not a problem to us: rooms are not very large, they are a bit dark, and equipment is limited (no TV set for example). But again, we like and support this choice. The staff is nice and efficient. Having breakfast on the terrace facing the mountains is wonderful, and we also had a very nice (but small) balcony with Himalaya view adjacent to our room. Be aware that the hotel is on Bandipur bazaar, which is a pedestrian-only area. We had heavy luggage, but our driver called the hotel and hotel staff came to help us carry our luggage to hotel while we were walking. And they also helped us in the same way when we departed Bandipur. Cons: Nothing" ~Jean-marc

"Pros: This lovely homestay is run by an adorable family who will do their best to make you feel like home. The rooms and the bathroom are super clean with wonderful mattress and nice views to the mountains or to the village. It is just 5 minutes walk to the cable car and you have everything you need nearby. The breakfast was included and the price of the room is unbeatable! Choosing a homestay is the best thing you can do as a traveller because you support the local families and you get to know better the local life. I had a very good and relaxed stay in this place and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for accommodation in the beautiful village of Bandipur! Cons: Everything was perfect" ~Sofia
