Cons: There was a lot of smoking by other guest. So much so that the whole corridor and smoke smelled of smoke. There is provision made for a very nice veranda to smoke so they could have used it like the rest of the guest did. There is a sign that says rooms are no smoking. And the worst is management and cleaning staff was aware of the smoking in more then 1 room.
Only one person to manage reception and to check rooms when you vacate. So when someone vacates which takes no less then 20 min which means there is no one at reception for that time."

"Pros: The Pantry was a great place to eat. We used it multiple times. The restaurant was also lovely food and service.
Cons: I got approached by a non-guest who asked to use my phone and took my photo. I was then anxious that I would be hacked somehow. I reported it to the desk but they said it was nothing to worry about. I have phone numbers if you need them. I think there should be better security to prevent non guests accessing all the floors particularly the top one where there was no staff in the morning."
