"Pros: Friendly staff - especially the breakfast ladies, Petra and Shortie Ursula was accommodating to our concerns issues. Cons: Messages were not answered on booking.com as well as Property WhatsApp number. It was only when a call was made then only I was answered. I had made an enquiry if they had a hairdryer and because there was no answer I had to bring mine. However once checked into the room, the notes said a hairdryer is available from reception. Our room microwave was not in working order. We had a blockage in the shower for a few days (over Easter holidays) but it was sorted eventually." ~Bhakti
