"Pros: We originally booked a room in Haus Mopanie, but when we got there, there was a leakage in our room, so Ingrid offered a room in another property. She drove us there and gave us an upgrade as compensation. We're very easygoing, so that wasn't even necessary, but we really appreciated her effort to accommodate us.
