"Pros: Great location in Swakopmund, beautiful room and very nice breakfast. Cons: The walls are super thin so we could hear our neighbours loud and clear. Check in and check out was a bit messy for us. Upon arrival, no one could figure out which room we had booked and the room name on our reservation (booking.com) did not exist. After 30 minutes we decided to go explore the town instead of waiting for someone to arrive to figure it out. Upon check out we were asked to pay the full amount which we thought we already had done so. After a call to the manager (not on site) we were told to pay 50% and that we would just be reimbursed if we had in fact already paid. We checked our bank account and could prove the amount had been paid in full. We had no similar issues at other hotels." ~Louise
