"Pros: We chose the hotel because of its location and we enjoyed the views as well as the sundowner from the mountain-top restaurant and the hike to the Vingerklip. The food was very good. The room was spacious and came with little terrace overlooking the nice landscape. Cons: Some parts of the room seemed a bit outdated and could do with some overhaul." ~Isabel

"Pros: One word: amazing! Everything is not only clean and comfy but very thoughtful built. We had an interior and an exterior bathroom with the view to the water hole. Amazing!! We had some dietary requirements, the chef did an excellent job creating a fitting and very tasty menu with local meat. We were so happy to finally not need to worry about the food during our stay! Many thanks to the chefs! Furthermore, the viewing platform is excellent. There were always animals close and the Rhinos and Giraffes so close was a highlight. They even lit the fireplace outside for us in the evening and the guide explained a lot about all the animals that showed up: Rhinos, wildebeest, some game and the Kudus were even jumping over the fence. Everyone was so welcoming and made our stay perfect. As I said: amazing. Highly recommend. Cons: That they forgot to put the amazing nut bread they served for dinner at the breakfast buffet" ~Silke
