"Pros: The hotel is a little tired, but perfectly fine for spending the night before a midday flight. I booked a room overlooking the lovely pool area, and enjoyed the quiet, leafy grounds surrounding it. The free shuttle to the airport the next day was very useful, and made getting there stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was only coffee in the room. Luckily, I'd packed my own tea. Breakfast was fairly spartan and, unusually for Myanmar hotels, there was no English translation of the dishes on offer. Perhaps they don't get many foreign guests. My main gripe, however, is that the WiFi didn't work. If I'd been staying there longer than one night, I would have tried to get it sorted out."
