Cons: The only thing we did not like is that toilet on first floor does not have lock on the door. So when a couple is renting the apartment this is not a problem but when there are couple of children it became a headache. On second floor toilet does not have door.
Small issue with internet, wifi gets lost time after time but the speed is up to 150Mbit for download and upload."
