"Pros: The location was excellent as it was less than 8 mins ride from the airport. The owner was kind and nice however he didn’t speak English so communication was a bit difficult. If you speak Arabic or French, then no issue. The rooms were clean and specious for a family of 3. You have good wifi, and can enjoy Netflix and YouTube on tv. Cons: I have asked the owner to arrange the pick up service however, the driver didn’t show up on our arrival despite of letting the owner know our arrival date and time. We ended up waiting more than 30 mins for the driver to show up. The price of pick up was 100 dirham which was 5 times more expensive than regular yellow taxi. I have taken the yellow taxi back to the airport and the cost was 20 dirham (2 euro). The house itself is clean but the shower was broken and the water was split into half from the shower head. Kitchen was cozy but it had no knife nor fork so you only can use spoons to eat. All the dishes were as they were washed with just water and not clean which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I have a feeling that the owner is not aware of this as he says he has a cleaning staff coming to clean after check out. There was no sponge or dish soap so I had to buy them on my own." ~Linda
