"Pros: I booked and paid for this property then the property owner contacted me to cancel the reservation because the property is busy according to him. He confirm that he is going to waive the cancellation fee so I can get my full money back. After I do so he stop answering my call and when I arrived to the location was not accurate. I try to call to get right location nobody answered my calls.
