"Pros: All the staff were very helpful. When we arrived late at night, we noticed there was not enough dishes, cutlery and no frying pan. We told the lady on reception, who immediately rectified the issue, and got us everything we needed. Great service. We also had no internet, but the next day the engineer came and sorted it.
