"Pros: My wife and I have stayed here several times before, but usually just for one night. This time, we decided to spend two nights and explore the Taliouine area properly rather than simply using it as a stopover on the way to Tata — and we’re glad we did. We always appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and warm hospitality from Omar, Said, and their family. They know the area extremely well and gave us helpful advice about local places to visit. Our room was clean and cosy, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Meals were generous and home-cooked, and the garden and various seating areas were lovely spots to relax. From Escale Rando, we visited the ancient mellah at Ighil n’Ogho, the nearby cliff agadir, and Tislit Gorge. Said gave us accurate, up-to-date advice on distances, travel times, and road conditions — which is invaluable in Morocco, where things often change. We would always recommend staying here. "Pros: Found at the entry point to the small infamous Safran town of Taliouine, this humbly priced hotel was a pleaser to spend two nights in. Didn't get a chance to investigate its Amazigh history, cultural roots, natural beauty, and mountainous surroundings, however, it served as a great place to stop off, kick back and relax, before heading back on to the road, pushing into new ground.
