"Pros: The place is stunning. Visually beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. The pools are amazing, loads of different ones and they never feel too busy despite loads of people there. The lounge areas were very aesthetically pleasing and great to chill out in. Enjoyed the free bars (not the best quality but ok). The indoor pool and gym was nice as well. The staff were amazing, very friendly, always there to help. Everyone genuinely looked like they loved working there. The place was spotless clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you are a family (we aren’t) then I reckon this place is perfect. Cons: We had done our research and heard mixed reviews about the food. We went with mid expectation on the food and I’d say it match that. The buffet food was ok, plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dinner is definitely better. We’d say it caters for a variety of people and families. The bookable restaurants are hard to get as they are booked up quickly ( 3 days in advance). We went to the Moroccan restaurant which was nice. We also ate in the town quite a bit for better meals but you don’t have to. Cocktails weren’t very nice so we avoided them. I think we expected a bit of atmosphere in the evenings like a beach club vibe which this definitely doesn’t have. We’d assumed there might be music down by the pools with people socialising in the evenings but that’s not the case. They do have the Jungle bar where people go which is nice but it’s a relaxed almost quiet atmosphere. I’d say this place is mainly set up for families. The big negative is the pool bed/sun lounger situation. People wake up before 7am to put their towels on the beds/loungers and then go back to bed or go for breakfast. The first day we arrived we couldn’t get a lounger so we realised if we wanted to enjoy the pool area we’d have to get up early. We decided if you can’t beat them join them and got up to get a good spot. We didn’t go back to bed though, we stayed in our spot with a coffee and book which was pretty pleasant." ~Alex

"Pros: The property is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach. The complex is very quiet and very clean. We didn't use the pool but you can relax & sunbathe there. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious , and very clean with security on site. Communication with the host was very easy. We arrived late after our flight was delayed, and there was no issue. Our only complaint- no coffee!! There was a coffee machine, but no coffee to go with it! It would be nice to be able to enjoy a coffee in a beautiful apartment. There are no shops close by, so it's not a simple task to get some. Its not something that I normally pack. Luggage space is precious!" ~Oniciara
