Cons: Steer clear of this property!! I booked it in advance. When I arrived there was no one to let me in. After several attempts to reach the owner he told me that he'd given it to someone else. He tried to blame the double booking on Booking.com but after talking to 2 other property owners in Morocco, they said this is impossible. The owner manages the calendar.
I was left at night roaming the city trying to find a place to stay. Rabat is normally completely booked so it was challenging.
In the beginning he told me there would be no refund but eventually provided it.
