"Pros: VERY clean right down to linens & towels something many facilities at this price range neglect but not this place. The owners and family are very respectful and super quick to communicate. The area is being developed & likely so will the value of these properties- we are lucky to experience this at this time. Some construction noise but quiets down early. You must be ok with to manage stairs & one unit has a large terrace with sea views - highly recommended! Wifi works well for remote work, hot water can be adjusted- if you have trouble just ask for help. This unit has a small balcony -to hang your wetsuit & stuff from the beach is a bonus. Kitchen is excellent with fridge & stove + clean tools to make small meals. The bedroom has a nice view of the mountains. The bed was firm and comfortable for us. It’s a nice location with an enjoyable 10-minute walk & easy access to Aftas beach with beginner & experienced surfer break! excellent sunset spot this part of the coast & a nice walk to town center. Parking is right in front! Cons: I would add some kind of water or rinse station by the entrance to avoid sand into the stairwells." ~Jo
