"Pros: Spacious apartment with several beds and kitchenette. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Free parking in front of the building. Washing machine and drying space on the rooftop available. The owner was very friendly. Cons: The water in the shower did not get warm. We had to leave so some of us had to shower cold and others had to skip the shower altogether - both was equally uncomfortable." ~Irina

"Pros: Overall very good size apartment and close to highway, we stayed for one night from our way from Fez to Merzouga to avoid a long drive. Apartment has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. Owner was very prompt and was available to check us in on time and showed up property. He even gave us option to choose one of two apartments he had available for night. Cons: It's bit old facilities and need some maintenance in kitchen and bathroom area. We noticed both sink were leaking during our stay, shower area is bit small and need to be updated with shower curtain or glass door." ~Biren
