"Pros: Very nice place, our host was very kind and made our stay even more pleasant. He arranged driving with 4x4 for us with the best driver (if I remember well, driver's name was Zacharia). The room was spacious and had air conditioning, which was a bit loud, but it worked, which is the most important. We had very good dinner and breakfast. Very nice place to stay in Merzouga."

"Pros: The hotel is nice with comfortable rooms and friendly and kind stuff.
The pool area is nice and there is a roof top with nice desert view.
I appreciated the fact that when i asked for something different in the set dinner menu, they offered an alternative
Cons: Apparently the hotel serves as the in between stop for the desert and big groups spend half a day waiting for time to pass before they leave for activities in the desert.
We chose the hotel for our second day in the desert hoping to have a relaxing day, not having to see or do anything. As it has a pool we thought we would spend the day there as the weather was nice.
But a big group of Spaniards (really noisy ones) destroyed the plans as for many hours they were all over the riad shouting and being annoying. We could not relax neither in the pool, nor in the room.
I understand that the hotel cannot do much about people being noisy however i believe they should not allow them to stay in the common areas for so many hours.
Our towels were torn and sink was clogged"
