"Pros: Near to the beach , food market and shops. Nice sea view despite being partial. Cons: Noisy street and surroundings if you adore calm atmosphere. However the double glazed windows helped to reduce the street noise. The lack of building lift was a negative point. Luckily I didn’t invite my mother-in-law to join us." ~M
