"Pros: I booked this place because in the description said it was very close to main and touristic places, after I booked nobody write me, so i have to write them and the person, doesnt speak english or spanish, only french and arab, and i cant understand him anything, after that the person said me that the location is wrong of the place (I used transalator app) and it was so far to the main and touristic place so its a scam and finally one of the bathroom in one of the rooms ( we never use that bathroom before) start to flood and there was water in the floor of the room and it come to the stairs. To the people who read, please choose another place.
Cons: Bad location, it was flooding."

"Pros: The Riad is absolutely beautiful, a little oasis from the hustle bustle of downtown Marrakech outside. Extremely clean, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms in each bedroom. Great location, a short walk into the souks. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Delicious breakfast prepared and served each morning. Very difficult to find any fault. Combined with the price, an absolute no brainer! I wont think twice about returning on my next stay in Marrakech.
Cons: A fairly minor point, but the rain gutter that descends directly down the middle of the property slightly detracts from the beauty of the property! Likely only a winter thing."
