Cons: Missing lights. No furniture on terrace. Washer but no means to dry clothes. No trash cans anywhere. Propane leak. Queen bed had no mattress - just box springs. No soaps. Shower heads malfunctioning. Dead plants and dirt in pots. Ants. Property had hundreds of feral cats - smelled as much. In need of significant maintenance.
