"Pros: The place was genuine .I really liked the property—it’s located inside the Medina souk, which gave us a great local experience. The staff were very kind and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the decoration and arrangements were beautiful and very attractive. Cons: The smell inside the property was quite unpleasant—we could clearly smell the toilet from both the hall and the room. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes it worse. After showering, the water doesn’t fully drain, making it difficult to use the bathroom and contributing to the bad odor. This issue isn’t due to cleaning, but rather a need for better ventilation and some upgrades in the bathroom. Also, the Wi-Fi is very slow and it was difficult to browse from inside the room. I would recommend the owners take these points seriously and consider making some renovations to improve the comfort for future guests." ~Mohammed
