"Pros: We got lost on arrival and Mohammed was kind enough to direct us, and when we still were not able to find the location, come to meet us in person to guide us to the apartment. He was patient and professional. Mohammed was exceptional in his help, proposals and advice. He organised a spa day and helped us to find a place to stay further along in our trip. His service was excellent.
