"Pros: It's a flat with a massive lounge area, probably 30'x18'. If you want to do exercise in front of the tv with PLEX or youtube you have loads of space. The flat is slightly "faded grandeur" in that it was must have been pretty smart when it was fitted out with all the tiling and marble in the bathroom.
