"Pros: Travelling with my teenage daughter, we were in a lovely first floor twin room with plenty of hot water and good wifi. In addition to the beautiful courtyard, breakfast was served in on the well shaded terrace with roof top views. However, what really made our stay was the help received throughout from the Green House team. Ashraf led us from the airport taxi drop off down the narrow streets of the Medina; he then helped book a Sahara Desert tour that was better suited to us than originally planned. Meanwhile Abdul gave us a very warm welcome providing mint tea, marking up a map of where to go during our 2 days and arranged a Medina guide; he also impressed with his passion for learning languages. We then met Meheli on the night shift who guided us to and from one of his favourite restaurants via a commission free ATM and also helped us with our bags on departure.
