"Pros: Great welcome from the owner. We were looked after very well. The electric heater provided to us made our stay comfortable.The next morning we left the property about 5.00am., our host accompanied us to the main square and found a taxi for us to get to Fez main bus station. Cons: Having to deal with the teenage touts giving us unsolicited and wrong information to get to the property. To avoid to being lost or mislead do not hesitate to contact the family. "Pros: The Riad was beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and generous. The Riad is located close to the heart of the medina, but it is very easy to get lost in the labyrinthine narrow streets. Cons: The bed was a little too hard for my preference, which made it difficult to sleep." ~Fahid
