"Pros: This was the nicest riad we have stayed in in Morocco. We stayed in Essaouira suite which was very spacious and beautiful. The pool is big and perfect to cool down in hot days
Cons: Even though the riad was the nicest we visited in our journey of Morocco, the breakfast was least nice, mostly different types of bread with jam and Kiri cheese" ~Natalia
"Pros: The location is convenient because it is just around the corner from the entrance to the Souk and the taxi cabs.
We wanted an authentic Moroccan experience
The accommodation is clean and beautiful. The Riad is filled with hand carved wood and tiles .
Upon our arrival, Arby (the host )walked us through the available rooms and let us pick with one we liked the best; we selected the room on the top floor.
Arby was wonderful and kind and felt as if we were part of his family. He gave us his umbrella to use, in case it rained and he made a super effort to make sure we had everything we needed.
(There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby called Veggie Pause, we are not vegetarians but we went there for at least one meal every day
It was fantastic)
Cons: An extra small table to hold things.
Once I removed all of the pillows, throw and shams, to sleep , I thought it needed a little extra room to put them down somewhere.
There was a small fridge but it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee, in the room.
Also, we did not have any shampoo or body wash in the shower (but we had already brought some with us)" ~Osman
