"Pros: This place is stunning — the architecture, the tilework, the vibe — it’s absolutely gorgeous. During our stay, the riad wasn’t full, so we ended up having a more private experience, and the service was truly exceptional. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mohamed who took incredible care of us. He was warm, attentive, and somehow always appeared the moment we needed something — like magic. We genuinely felt like part of the family. The food was excellent. Breakfast was simple and fresh — they asked how we liked our eggs and took care of the rest. The rooftop views were beautiful, and the location was ideal, right inside the medina. It was a special stay in a beautiful place — calm, kind, and full of heart. "Pros: The location was very good and the terrace was very useful and has a cosy environment and you can feel the morrocan Vibe. Speacial thanks to the lady who was always smiley and helpful. Cons: Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room. But i guess it is a common problem in Fez. And the bed was very hard" ~İrem
