"Pros: - We got the highest room of the Riad which was also the biggest one, we believe. We have 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all by ourselves. The living room alone could possibly host 15 people.
- The decoration is well put together. It is like an ancient castle.
- It is pretty.
Cons: - The drainage could use some renovations because sometimes the sink is clogged.
- The wifi is very poor.
- No elevator, carrying your luggage upstairs could be a challenge.
- Some staffs will only be friendly/hospitable if you give them tips: We were disappointed with how the staff (2 male staff) acted. Their faces could turn cold if there was no tip. We experienced this twice among the 3 nights we stayed.
1st time was they carrying our luggage upstairs (the highest room, the 4th floor). Mind you that we were kindly offered by a lovely pregnant staff (looked like a boss) that they carried the luggage for us because they had not had our room readied by the time we arrived. The two male staff carried our luggage like the pregnant staff offered then stood at our door and did not leave until they received the tips.
2nd time was when we left the Riad. It was very chaotic because we missed our taxi that we booked in advance. The 2 male staff got us another taxi, they talked to the taxi driver in Arabic so we did not understand fully. But we understood clearly that the staff took the money and did not give us the change. They considered it as a "tip". It was chaotic so we could not do anything. Our advice is do everything yourself.
- The Riad is far from the Centrum, around 20 minutes walking which is inconvenient if you want to run small errands (exchange money, buy water,..)"

"Pros: Nice cozy and clean place, Yasin the host and his family are very friendly and responsive, we felt at home.
Cons: at first it was a little challenge to reach the place as the old city streets are quite confusing."

The way the entire space was decorated, the heart & soul poured into every single corner of the place made our stay unforgettable.
