"Pros: The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and got to know them all by name. They went out of their way to be helpful. Cons: The room itself was not great. We got the budget twin, which I would not recommend. I knew it would be small, but the location of the room was terrible, and they had no other room for us to switch to. You are right by the lobby, so can hear everything there, and then several tour groups a day stop right outside the window talking loudly. We literally had people laughing, screaming and singing right outside our room." ~Jeannie
