"Pros: The location was great, a bit loud at night but in the middle of where we wanted to be. Terrace and the view was nice Cons: Dust, as an allergic asthmatic person I sneezed a lot. I have been to Morocco many times and I know it's a different "clean" but... dusting, mopping, wall wiping would have been in order. High stairs (lots of them) could have been mentioned clearly in the description. Elderly parents could just about manage them. We came with our own sheets and towels as we did not ask for this paid luxury for an extra fee but beds were made and I was charged more automatically. A/C remote controls were not in the apartment." ~Pirjo

"Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. A heritage building, maintained well. Breakfast was good with eggs, yoghurt, breads, fruit juice and coffee. I really enjoyed my stay in Chefchaouen and this hotel." ~Nishtha
