"Pros: The location was great, a bit loud at night but in the middle of where we wanted to be. Terrace and the view was nice Cons: Dust, as an allergic asthmatic person I sneezed a lot. I have been to Morocco many times and I know it's a different "clean" but... dusting, mopping, wall wiping would have been in order. High stairs (lots of them) could have been mentioned clearly in the description. Elderly parents could just about manage them. We came with our own sheets and towels as we did not ask for this paid luxury for an extra fee but beds were made and I was charged more automatically. "Pros: I had a wonderful few days here - highly recommend! (Including for solo female travelers, like me!) It's very safe, comfortable, clean and charming. It's centrally located and the fresh and generous breakfast on the terrace was the best I've had in Morocco! The staff - Mohammed, Bilal, Abdul, the Italian owner and the women who do the laundry and cleaning - are all very kind and helpful. Between them, they speak an impressive number of languages - English, French, Italian... Bilal collected me from the bus station as I arrived alone late at night. Other kindnesses he and the other staff showed me include: - helping me get a taxi on my day of departure - serving me tea on the terrace one afternoon - helping me get a large beetle out of my room (it had flown in through the window) - doing my laundry very quickly - always asking how I was, and if I needed anything" ~Eva
