"Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the CTM bus station and about a 25-minute walk from the main attractions of the city. I was genuinely pleased with my stay and would love to share my experience. Before my arrival, I messaged the hotel to inform them I would be arriving around 7 PM. Ahmed promptly replied, kindly offering to meet me at the bus station to help with my luggage in case I had many bags — a gesture I truly appreciated. Upon check-in, my wife was warmly welcomed with a rose and we were offered two bottles of water. They also sent us a helpful itinerary via WhatsApp with recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, and the kitchen staff were not only friendly but also brought a great sense of fun and joy to the mornings. On the day of our checkout, the hotel kindly stored our luggage while we explored the city a bit more. When we returned to wait for our bus, we were invited to relax near reception. Nihad generously offered us tea and even invited us to join the hotel staff for a traditional Moroccan lunch. Before we left, they once again gifted us a rose and bottles of water for our journey, which was such a thoughtful touch.
