But was not as it appears The area looked like the photo and 1 video. Apartment was not clean and there was nothing to clean it with and also the towels where the size of face cloths . The area is very run down and lots of building work going on rubbish all over the streets And the apartment was not keeper to a good standard 🙄" ~Stephen

"Pros: New building, clean apartment 5 minutes to the beach Near the highway Cons: Difficult communication with the owner, only tried to reach us on foreign number and gave up when it didn’t work, even though there is a chat in Booking. Especially problematic because it take her almost three hours to get to the apartment. Should notify us via booking when we booked the accommodation. Even though building is new, there is a lot of defects and standards are not European." ~Petr

"Pros: Nothing Cons: I made my reservation night time ,the following day I received a message from the owner saying that the apartment is not available !why they are posting their location online while it’s not available! I sent them messages to cancel the reservation from their side and send me refunds and my reservation was not refundable so I have no right to cancel it!I end up contacting Booking customer service and I was surprised that the owner note that the reservation is canceled because I didn’t show up! Which is a lie to not getting me my refund of more then $750! I shared all the proofs with booking.com and finally got my money back after almost 3 weeks!" ~Aniss
