"Pros: The apartment itself is small but very nice, and there is a huge lovely and very clean swimming pool just in front of it. The balcony overlooks a plantation of palm trees so it is nice and more or less private, pretty view in the morning. The apartment itself is a "lived in" place so it has everything you would expect and need in terms of cooking and appliances. Furniture is all good quality and comfortable. Cons: It’s a bit far from Assilah by foot - you’d want a car to stay here (which we had). There is a basic mini market a two minute walk away but it only has packaged essentials. To get to town there is a new sidewalk but it’s pretty far and not super nice along the road. Also this is my fault for not checking but there’s no beach within walking distance - it’s all on cliffs here, and about a 15 minute drive south to a nice beach or a 10 minute drive north to a less-nice beach. The cliffs are scenic and it’s a nice sunset spot, it’s just not a beach spot." ~Evan
