"Pros: Imsouane was one of my favourite places in Morocco and a big part of that came down to my stay here. The guys who work here are awesome, Mohamed and Hassan are super attentive and kind. The location is perfect, a bit removed from the main part of town so it's pretty quiet, but still a short walk to the surf (the walk back is uphill, so you will get your workout in!). The breakfast and family dinners Hassan makes are delicious and it is a fantastic place to meet other travellers and make friends to surf with. Amine was my surf instructor during my stay and he is one of the very best and made it so fun. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and the terrace and main area have incredible views. I hope to be back again some day, thank you from Canada :)
Cons: The dividing wall between the rooms in the apartment does not go all the way to the top, so sound and light travels easily between the rooms. Just wear an eye mask and/or ear plugs if you're a light sleeper." ~Lauren
"Pros: We stayed 8 weeks. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is exceptionally helpful and responsive. The on site guy who keeps the place clean is very nice too. The apartment is exactly as pictured and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is dark and quiet, we slept very well.
The location for surfing the wave is good, a 5 minute walk. You can see ocean surface conditions from the terrace for Cathedral, and walk 2 minutes to check surface conditions for the point break.
Wifi is very good with a secure connection that has been set up correctly. Parking is right outside your window.
Imsouane will have occasional power cuts, when scheduled for maintenance our host let us know in advance. During power cuts use local mobile service, you have to leave the apartment to get a signal. You can buy top up cards from the supermarket.
Cons: Everything was good. The town of Imsouane itself is not the prettiest, but you're really only here to surf that wave so it doesn't matter too much." ~Lara
"Pros: Had a beautiful time at olas. Moncef and his team have built a home away from home, with all the goood vibes. The beds are much comfier than most in Morocco, brekky is so good/filling and bathrooms are v clean. Every evening the guys jam with singing and guitar (with Mohammed providing beats on the cassette = skills) and I'm looking forward to going back already!
Cons: nothing" ~Cherine
