"Pros: Spacious and well set up for a family. The house has a fourth bedroom detached from the house which worked out really well for us (otherwise we would have had one of our party sleeping on the couch). The location is ideal for Cathedral Cons: The location was not as advertised on the website but the actual location close to Cathedral worked out better for us. Some of the house needs a few repairs, the chests of drawers are a bit shonky as are some of the kitchen drawers but this didn’t really detract from the spaciousness and location" ~Az
