We were welcomed with coffee, mint tea and snacks when we arrived. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast and dinner served at Gite d'etape ziz oasis was excellent, delicious and prepared with care. Gite d'etape ziz oasis is an interesting place to stay. We loved walking around the small village and along the creek and river beds. It was great to experience a Moroccan village away from the tourist scene. I highly recommend Gite d'etape ziz oasis to anyone traveling through Achbarou for a unique and peaceful experience with a kind and caring family. A big thank you to our hosts. "Pros: Stunning location and views, incredibly friendly and welcoming family, lovely breakfast and dinner. Spacious room, nice and cool inside. Unbelievable amounts of bird song and just beautiful view over the oasis from the terrace I wanted to go to the thermal spa but there was load of rain and tbh I went to the thermal hamman and chickened out. The owner was incredibly kind and took me along, showed me what to do, arranged massage etc. Couldn’t be more grateful. Cons: Nothing" ~Josh
