Love, Modern Apartment With Pool & Sea View

"Pros: Excellent location in a residential area close to the sea front, calm and noise-free. Several markets in close proximity. Small pebble beach Ribarska ponta 300m away, direction Kotor, pleasant, non-crowded and frequented mostly by locals. The apartment iitself is new, lovingly arranged and well equipped for a comfortable holiday. A well-kept pool accessible to the house guests only is a nice add-on. Owners are very kind, helpful and super responsive, key takeover smooth. The owners kindly booked the transfer from and to the airport, which was another nice feature. We have felt at home right from the beginning of our stay and would recommend the apartment without hesitation.
Cons: Rather unusual than negative - cash payment only. On the other side, no pre-payment and the adaptation in the arrival date was smooth and easy."

"Pros: A lovely little apartment with a good sized bedroom and comfortable sofa. Kitchen facilities with a welcome bottle of red wine, prosciutto and cheese
Some teabags and coffee too.
Towels provided for the apartment and beach. Hairdryer and a washing machine. Lovely shower with two settings, waterfall or handheld.
It's a 5 minute walk to the supermarkets.
And a few more to the local beach which has two restaurants, Big Ben and Waikiki. Big Ben is good value and the latter has a bar as well as deck chairs.
It is about an 1/2 walk to Porto Montenegro.
Cons: Location is very good but if you are not a walker, may be a challenge."

"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at pool résidence apartment Tivat !
The accommodation is ideally situated , 3 min walk to the seafront and the main road. We’ve been enjoying strolling the streets nearby full of charming restaurants.
The appartement was charming and brand new fully furnished , located at the top of a new building with a panoramic and peaceful view of the sea!
We had a chic and relaxing experience combined with a true taste of Tivat and Porto Montenegro :)
