"Pros: Staff were all friendly and attentive at the reception and restaurant. Room had all the items a good hotel room would expect, plus even drinks in the fridge. It was quiet. Had AC. Comfortable bed which was cleaned every day. For the price you couldn't get any closer to the wonderful harbour with the impressive ships. Cons: Appearance-wise, the standard room was quite underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, although it was otherwise fine." ~Callum
