"Pros: We were one of the first guests and the apartment is brand new, as is the building. The owner, who is taken over by her role, takes care of maintaining this exceptional standard. Literally nothing is missing here; we were not able to find the ironing board, but it is not crucial. There is a lift directly from the underground parking, so transporting luggage is not a problem. Cons: The area is still a housing estate under final construction, so you may experience some slight noise, but for us it was acceptable and negligible." ~Cezary
