"Pros: Spacious apartment with great wide views of Kotor bay. Small balcony across the entire front, and garden with grape vines and fig tree below. Has bathroom off master bedroom and second outside 2nd bedroom. Ample parking in grassy area behind. Very responsive local agency was really helpful. Secluded and quiet country location on top of a hill far above the busy and narrow waterfront road. Top floor apartment (with another rental below it). Good wifi. Cons: AC is is a bit undersized on hot summer days -- it is in the main room and cools that very well, but has trouble blowing into the smaller bedrooms making them a bit warm at night. As others have noted the apartment is far along the bay on a narrow road (we got hit by a speeding local) and then at top of a steep hill. But you are rewarded with great views once you get there! Agency sent a representative on a scooter to meet us but we had trouble finding him at the designated spot since we lost mobile reception (It would be simpler to just give the exact GPS of the apartment rather than trying to meet a guy on a corner which is as hard to find as the apartment). The apartment had a new cleaner when we arrived so various items were missing but the agency kindly came right out to fix it for us. (The host is in the UK so it is better to contact the local agency). The TV is an old tube style and was not functioning for our stay. Water and power were fine for us but the power did go out in Kotor town one evening while we were there, and the water was shut off at the apartment for a small fire on the hill as we were leaving." ~Explorer

"Pros: The apartment is located in beautiful area. The view is amazing. You could not ask for more. It was well equipped including washing machine! The kitchen has everything what you need. Lovely cats around neighborhood. The manager greeted us on our arrival. Perfect stay and definitely will be back❤️" ~Elzbieta
