"Pros: We especially loved the location of the room — the sea view is simply amazing. The mattress and the large bed were very comfortable. The bathroom fixtures and toiletries were of good quality, and the water pressure was excellent as well.
We would also like to especially mention a person named Mirsad (apologies if the name is misspelled). He works as a waiter at the restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel. Mirsad is a wonderful, kind, and welcoming person. Thanks to him, we had an even more enjoyable stay and truly memorable experience at the hotel. Thank you, Mirsad!
Cons: The bathrobes were clean but very old and worn out. We would recommend to renew them. The bedsheet on the sofa in the second room had a hole in it. We didn’t sleep there, so we didn’t ask to have it replaced."
